Vitreous enamelled wire-wound resistors with corrugated ribbon

Construction and execution

Our vitreous enamelled wire-wound resistors consist of a ceramic resistor element with a winding made of corrugated resistor ribbon. They are coated with a hard burnt vitreous enamel.

Features

  • High load capacity due to large surfaces
  • Good protection of atmospheric influences (including tropical environment)
  • Nominal power range: 5 W up to 1'000 W

Application fields

This style is recommended for low-ohmic applications, which need a high load capacity.
